3. Delivery

• Inside Dhaka: 2–3 working days

• Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days

• Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or operational requirements.

4. Return & Refund

• Any complaint regarding a product must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

• Used, damaged, or altered products are not eligible for return.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
